All products sold on Herbal House Products are 99.99 % genuine. We understand how much you value your every purchase. We are committed to making your shopping experience a delightful one.

However due to the nature of the products, items once opened from the pouch cannot be returned. In case the items received are different from those ordered or are defective or damaged, a return request may be raised with the Herbal House Products team within 3 days of receiving the delivery, by contacting us with the following details:

   • Email

   • Full address

3. Original order particulars

4. Particulars of the items actually received

5. Images of the product received in case of damaged products

Please note that the items would not be accepted under return if found to be opened or partially used.

Cancellation Policy

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Please Note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.

Refund Policy

In case of Cancelled orders for which payment has already been processed, your refund will be initiated by us within 21 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 715 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers.

Mode of Refund

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incorrect order, defective product), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
